Our Process
- We create and manage the communication plan.
- We coordinate the entire survey and analysis process, using our outsider status to build trust and 100% employee participation.
- We prepare detailed presentations on the results and meet with the top executive, the senior team, and employees to share what we learned about the entire organization as well as individual teams.
- We facilitate action planning that demonstrates listening and action. If you don’t listen, they won’t speak next time. We lead focus groups and action planning sessions to identify key goals and efforts for the next twelve months.
