- We use your job descriptions (not just titles) to understand the position and match them to jobs in our systems.
- We determine the appropriate market range based on the job description and organizational demographics.
- We create banded and/or graded systems so you know what to offer, how to promote, how to retain, and how to make your payroll investment an essential part of your annual planning and budgeting.
- We evaluate your benefit program to determine competitive strengths and weaknesses. We measure your ability to use benefits as a compelling reason for employees to come and to stay. We make strategic recommendations on closing gaps and best practice communication.
